INSERT NUT TYPE A The Insert Nut Type A provides a strong permanent thread for wood and wood based materials. Originally developed for retention of speaker baffles, the coarse external tooth (barbed) push-in style of the Insert Nut Type A pattern ensures maximum holding power and easy installation by knocking the insert into the base material, providing good holding power in particle board and edge-grain.
The internal threads of the Insert Nut Type E ensure and 'Joint  Connector Bolts' can be secured for furniture assembly.
